Metro Green Terrace is a new development building located in Stamford, CT. This is the 3rd phase of the project but was the first phases where a large percentage of the apartments are market rate. This required a separate brand for this building, to compete in the market. I oversaw agency selection, brand positioning and identity development as well provided art direction and project management for the project.
