The Pierrepont is a luxury apartment building located in Brooklyn Heights, NY. The development of the brand was especially important because of the building's target demographic.

I lead brand development and creative project management; the effort included agency selection, naming, brand positioning, art direction, creative visual identity, marketing collateral development and custom website design and development.

I oversaw performance marketing for the 185-unit building, from start-up through stabilization.
