Third & Valley is a beautifully designed building located in downtown South Orange, NJ. This was one of the first brand projects that I lead for ownership. I oversaw agency selection, building naming, brand positioning as well the creative identity development. This was a thorough branding effort from start to finish and included signage and marketing collateral that I designed, as well as the direction and creative oversight of a custom website.
